Registration for GSW 2027 is now open. All participants, including presenting authors, must complete an individual registration.

Registration Inclusions

Standard / Student / Senior/ Registration: Access to all Keynotes, Plenary, Workshop, and Oral/Poster Sessions, Exhibition Area, Conference Package/Materials, Daily Refreshments/Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.
One Day Registration: Access to conference sessions, exhibition area, coffee breaks, and lunch for the specified single day.
Accompanying Person: Access to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and guided tour/social activities arranged for accompanying guests.

Currency and Taxes

Registration fees and services are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN). The amounts in € are approximate.
All listed registration fees include 23% Polish Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable Polish tax laws.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation before 30 June 2027: 80% refund
Cancellation between 1 July 2027 and 31 August 2027: 50% refund
Cancellation after 1 September 2027: No refund

General conditions

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Any bank or transaction fees associated with the refund may be deducted from the refunded amount. Please note that the refund policy applies only to the conference registration fee. Travel, accommodation, visa application fees, and other expenses incurred by the participant are not refundable by the conference organizers.

Visa refusal

In the event that a participant is unable to attend the conference due to a visa refusal, a refund may be granted upon presentation of an official document confirming the visa refusal. In such cases, the registration fee will be refunded, less any applicable administrative and handling fees, if the participant is unable to travel to Poland as a direct result of the visa refusal. The refund will be processed upon receipt and verification of the relevant documentation.
