Call for abstracts
Authors submitting to the Scientific Sessions, Thematic Sessions, CRSS-SCT Invited Sessions, and Youth Forum must provide an extended abstract, outlining their research approach, results, and significance. Abstracts should be 2 single-spaced A4 pages (800–1000 words), including figures, tables, and references. Abstracts must be prepared following the ISPRS Guidelines for authors preparing an abstract.
Accepted authors will be invited to submit full papers for publication in the ISPRS Archives. Alternatively, abstract-only submissions are allowed, but a final revised abstract must be provided, and at least one author must register by the deadline to be included in the program.

Call for papers
Authors submitting to the Scientific Sessions, Thematic Sessions, or Youth Forum at the Canadian Symposium on Remote Sensing are invited to submit a 6–10 page full paper in English, including figures, tables, and references, for double-blind peer review. Submissions must be anonymized. Full papers must be prepared following the ISPRS Guidelines for authors preparing a full paper.
Accepted papers will be published in either the ISPRS Archives or ISPRS Annals, based on the review outcome.

Call for workshops
The Geospatial Week 2027 Organizing Committee invites proposals for scientific workshops to be held as part of Geospatial Week 2027
Geospatial Week is a unique event that brings together communities working in photogrammetry, remote sensing, spatial information science, Earth observation, geoinformatics, and related disciplines. The GSW scientific programme is built around a series of thematic workshops organized by leading international scientific groups, projects, and communities. The GSW scientific programme is established by individual workshop organizers. Workshop tracks are conducted in parallel and are complemented by common keynote presentations that provide participants with a broader perspective on the overall meeting and emerging trends in geospatial sciences. As a general rule, individuals actively involved in ISPRS activities, such as Working Group officers and other members, are encouraged to participate in these committees. GSW organizers are also open for other submissions enriching the GSW programme.
To ensure a high and homogeneous scientific quality across all workshops, the overall programme is supervised by the Geospatial Week International Programme Committee.
Workshop Proposal Guidelines
Workshop Proposal Requirements
Workshop proposals should not exceed two pages and should contain the following information:
1. Workshop Overview
- Title of the proposed workshop.
- Acronym.
- Names, affiliations, and contact details of the workshop organizers (3-5 people).
- Description of the workshop scope, objectives, and key topics to be addressed (up to 200 words).
2. Justification and Relevance
-Why the proposed topic represents an important and timely research area.
- Why the workshop is expected to attract high-quality scientific contributions.
- Why the workshop is likely to generate broad interest among conference participants beyond the submitting authors.
- How the proposed workshop distinguishes itself from existing workshops, conferences, or similar initiatives in the field.
3. Organizers
A brief biography of each organizer (up to 200 words per organizer).
4. Scientific Community Involvement
A preliminary list of potential Scientific Programme Committee members.
Names of prospective invited speakers, if available.
5. Workshop Format and Organization
Please provide details on the planned format, including:
- Expected duration (half-day, full-day, or other format).
- Preferred day within the conference schedule.
- Tentative agenda or schedule outline.
Innovative and interactive workshop formats are particularly encouraged. Proposals that include creative approaches, panel discussions, hands-on sessions, community activities, or other engaging formats that enrich the GSW scientific programme are especially welcome.
